Unknown Bi-tone

I don't know where this bi-tone came from and therefore do not have a name. It is planted in the midst of my rebloomers and I suspect it came in that collection but it has never rebloomed. Several people have suggested that it is Gay Parasol (Schreiner 1973, Davis Melodrama seedling x Margarita).
